EGL is a family run business based in York, North Yorkshire. We are friendly, professional and reliable and we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service.
We are long established and offer a fleet of highly capable recovery vehicles. Our flagship Renault Midlam 220 recovery truck is an ex AA fleet vehicle which is capable of transporting 6 passengers at once, whilst boasting a huge load bed of 7m x 2.4m.
In addition we operate a combination of 4×4 pick trucks with 6m x 2.5m bed trailers which are additionally useful for off-road recovery. Our fleet can transport loads across difficult terrain, such as unsurfaced roads and fields, and into spaces too small for a larger vehicle and we can transport nationally and internationally.
Beyond recovery, we can deploy our qualified mechanic who can offer fast response, road side assistance from our fully equipped responder vehicle.
We also offer a fantastic after-service at our onsite garage. Our mechanics can get you back up and running with ease.
Our trained responders are available day and night and can pull, load and lift vehicles up to 3.5 ton. So whether a road traffic collision or simply a flat tyre, we are here for you!
